Weeks of April 6-16

There are lessons on websites that you are used to using in class.  All of your passwords should be in the folder that you receive when you pick up your things from school. 

The AR is now opened up to home use. The link is https://global-zone08.renaissance-go.com/welcomeportal/218485

You should be able to continue to read and take tests.
On Study Island you need to do your lesson first, then the worksheet.  I believe that you should be able to play a game when a blue ribbon is awarded.

Science 
Go to Study Island.com and use your login.  Do the Pretest, Physical Science and Organisms: Food and Energy
Readworks – “Talk About Dense”

Social Studies
On Study Island, do the Pretest, Colonization – a-c and d-f.
On the Studies weekly newspapers, do week 21-22.  Complete the crosswords on the back.

Language Arts/Writing
On Study Island, do 2. C and d. and 5 a. and b.

This completes the first 2 weeks for Science, Social Studies and Language.  Mrs. Lowe’s Reading and Math will be on a separate page.

Continue to work through the post test to gather all information needed for 6th grade readiness.

Continue to finish the Studies Weekly  newspapers or complete activities on the website.


Language Arts - Study Island - ELA - 2. Reading and Writing Process through post test.  Reading and Writing will cross over, but just continue to work to be ready for 6th grade.
